When Michelle called to ask Lauren to come on board to launch Modern Receptionist in 2010 she was eager to join. Initially attracted to the creative aspect of starting a new business, Lauren soon realized her innate talents for business development and strategic planning as she instinctively began to provide direction for Modern Receptionist’s clients. As the driving force for sales for the business, Lauren cultivates and maintains client relationships through both inbound and outbound sales as well as development of marketing materials. She is also on the board of the Phoenix Philanthropists.
