Yes, we can take orders of any kind!

Yes, we will be able to enter the credit card information directly into a secured website.
8.Will my callers know I am using an answering service?

You will primarily work with two Modern Receptionists and occasionally a third. This allows you to get familiar with the receptionist answering your calls and really connect with her.

You will receive a report mid-way through the month letting you know how many calls have been answered.

We know the ins and out of your business just like an in house receptionist would.

With a user name and password designated for our office we are able to?schedule all appointments on any online calendaring system.

Modern Receptionist answers live Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm.
15. What happens when my receptionists goes home?
When your receptionist leaves for the day, your calls are handled and routed by an auto attendant.

18. How do you transfer important calls to me?
First, you are asked whether or you?d like to take the call.? If accepted, the call is transferred to you, if not, we take a detailed message.

Yes. You can text, call, or email Modern Receptionist at any time with changes, updates or more information. Think of us just like a receptionist that works right in your office!
20. Can you transfer calls to my cell phone, to my home, or to another location of my business?
We can transfer calls to any phone number you wish, whether it’s an office line, home line, or cell phone. Many clients give us multiple phone numbers to reach them at just in case.
21. What happens when I’m unavailable to?take calls?
Your receptionists will take a message, schedule an appointment, take an order or give your caller the information they need. If they?d prefer, we can also let them leave you a voicemail!
22. What happens if I go over my plan?
Additional calls are simply billed a la carte.

Of course! Our receptionists are happy to make calls to relay information or to make and confirm appointments on your behalf.

Yes. If you have more than one business, we are happy to combine your account.

Yes. You can choose a local number that is just right for you and there is no extra charge.
